CAL FIRE Burn Permits Required May 1st in Plumas County

The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL Fl RE) Lassen-Modoc Unit has announced effective at 8:00 a.m. on May 1, 2026 all hazard reduction burning will require a permit in the counties of Lassen, Modoc, and Plumas Counties.
