Kathy Kogge joined the CSD Board in 2017 and currently serves as Board Member. In 2016 she and her husband, Jerry Giuseffi, moved to Gold Mountain from the East Coast in order to be closer to family. After over 43 years working in Publishing Production she retired in April 2019. In addition to serving on the CSD Board, she is currently the Chair for the Gold Mountain Firewise Community and Vice Chair for the Plumas County Fire Safe Council.
